Italian Brothers Pizza & Pasta

Definitely a two napkin pat down type of pie but overall a pretty decent pie for Cali. Place only took cash, which is how I knew it would be decent. Crust is a bit chewy and I wish it was more crispy but dough and sauce have great favor. No flop, good structure, definitely an easy 7.2 no question.

Too much cheese, too much grease, no crisp, too much flop, not cut thoroughly, very disappointed I hope the Italian brothers step up their game. Credibility: I’ve watched every single one bite episode and I’ve tasted some of the best pizza in the world

Had this pizza at Movements 1 year anniversary party. The oven floor was not hot enough yet and because of that the bottom did not have the leopard spots but the top was cooked. Flavor was aggressive. I would not order this again.

I came back to re-review this. Don’t remember what I gave it, I will look afterwards. Basic basic pizza like pizza guys. I wanted to give them another shot, but I am wondering if these brothers are even Italian.

Wish the "thin crust" was a little thinner, but overall a great pizza 👍
