You California people have no idea how to rate pizza. Thin, but floppy and sloppy as hell, weak crust.

Crust edges have bubbles, but the bottom has no char. A bit floppy and could be thinner. Sauce is ok. Could use more zip or tang. Cheese is really good but needs more sauce and less cheese. Ratio is off. Overall this is a good but not great pizza. Will definitely order again, but wouldn’t drive too far for it. Great people and happy to support them.
