I actually like this pie but what a mess! Good flavor, decent undercarriage. A lot of flop. Heated the remainder in a skillet to get it crispier. They need to craft these a little better.

Good pizza, not great. Dough kinda has a cracker texture and lacks complex flavors. Overall, this is well above average pizza and worth eating. Maybe add more salt to your dough though.

Always love coming to Seattle for Italian family pizza. Great service and great pizza. Although it is not a cheese slice, it still ranks a 7.4. The sauce has great tang, a little flop in the slice, big slices and has that flour, wood fired taste. Solid pie
