Italian Fresh Pizza

Actually a pretty unique pizza. Decent cheese, good flavor, but a fair amount of flop. Here’s the thing though - the flop is a symptom of a really nice style of dough you don’t run into that often - very thick, fluffy and almost roll-like. While it’s not bursting with flavor and is tricky to handle, it introduces you to something different which is nice. I think I ‘ll get a craving for it again.
