Served hot in 2-3 minutes with a nice subtle Mamaroneck ave crisp and a huge White Plains flop. The sauce is very light and nicely seasoned switch a good balanced tang. The mozzarella is very good but a tad bit oily. The dough recipe is bonkers. Super light, fluffy, flavorful and crunchy. One of the best yet. This is a very solid, old school slice. Highly recommended.
