Great owner and staff. The regular slice is a decent slice. Pretty average in my book. Mine had no crisp to the bite otherwise I would have liked it a lot more. The highlight slice here is the "grandpa" slice which is a MUST try. This is pretty much a round upside down slice with the sauce on top. Excellent crust and well balanced slice in general. Not super heavy but you will be full after 1 slice. Think L&B in Brooklyn, but just in round form. Airy crust. Delicious sauce. Not often to I rate a specialty slice over the plain but in this case, regular gets a 6.8 and grandpa gets a 7.4. 7.1 is the overall with a +.1 for the excellent owners putting this at a 7.2 as my rating on this app. Try them out if you are close by and make the grandpa slice the must try!
