Italian Village Pizza

Fatal flaws bring this down from a great pie to a decent pie. It was very greasy so it was extremely floppy, the undercarriage was good but uneven in charr. The flavor profile was weak and had an odd taste making some oregano to mask the flavor a must. The crust was also chewy; the pepperoni was very fresh which helped boost the score.

Reviewing the pepperoni: pepperoni was flavorful but the cheese was bland and the sauce was… not there really. Decent chain by the slice spot but hit local family owned!
