This is some great pizza. The sauce is really good although the cheese leaves a little bit to be desired. Crust is elite. This slice wasn’t heated well enough. Could have been an 8.6.

A really good standard slice Frank. Firm undercarriage, minimal flop, really good marinara and cheese. Wish there was more crust real estate, but overall real good football pizza. That’s a review Franklyn!!

Needed a new pizzeria in the UES after a local favorite closed (fuck covid). I’d say Italian Village hits just what I was looking for. Could be a bit crispier in the bread and crust but I can live with it. Overall a solid slice that you can’t go wrong with in the UES.

This slice is not an obvious winner. The presentation leaves more to be desired, but that first bite delivers. Cheese was more than good, and makes the slice, 8.7/10. The sauce isn’t perfect, but it is a perfect sidekick for the flavors, 7.3/10. The star is definitely the undercarriage and crust, absolutely perfectly crisp, and exactly what you need for this slice, 9.1/10. Overall, a great New York slice.

Solid slice. Well done undercarriage. Little greasier than normal with the cheese but good sauce, a well done crust. Overall a good football slice.

Little salty but very tastey. Needs to pair with a Diet Coke

New location, same terrific slice. Quintessential NYC neighborhood slice joint.

Solid slice, prob one of the better ones in the area. Always a reliable consistency with them. Very cheesy.

I could possibly see how this was a 7.7 if I bought a slice at the place with a peroni and small Italian children ordering gelato. We got it delivered so if I were playing with a handicap score it’d be a 7.5, but I’m not, I’m taking one bite and giving it a score because I know the rules. 6.9.
