It’s tough to rate a nontraditional pie, while this pie doesn’t play with the regular notes, it still creates an excellent symphony of flavor. Sauce is lacking throughout the pie, questioned whether or not there was any sauce at all. Crust was crunchy on the edges, chewier towards the center. No flop. The cheese combination was phenomenal.
