Some flop and heavy grease. Subtle crunch. Crust is really good. With a place being a wood fired joint I was hoping for more of those flavors with this pie; I didn’t notice any. Large crust distance from edge to sauce/cheese. Overall the flavors we good, but a lot of grease.

Nothing popped out as remarkable, but the wood fire aspect is cool and multiple cheeses rock solid. Dough cooked to ideal crisp but its taste is nothing special. Sauce average.

Ordered a classic and The Detroit. Both pies had a flavorful sauce and a nice crust-the Detroit was thicker and a square crust. Had a nice crunch, yet still soft. Sausage topping was delicious and the pie had a good sauce-cheese ratio.

Good slice overall. Would have liked it a little more crispier, but the flavor was there atleast. If you make it here, try the truffle french fries too. They’re probably the best I ever had.
