Eye test- good Sauce- a hint of sweetness and a hint of red pepper and some other spices. I’m a sucker for sweet sauce and this is not good sauce. Average at best Cheese- ok texture but the taste adds nothing. Overall it’s weak Dough- thin, crispy and reasonably good taste. Far from special. Execution- baking process is good but the taste is average at best. It’s either too sweet(which it really isn’t), or the ingredient combination is a fail. Confusing. It’s not bad. At the same time, it’s not good Kobe Bryant once said, “I’m taking the last shot. If someone else spent more time in the gym, I’d pass to them.” This slice is no Kobe. Will easily get you 14 in the first half, then disappear going 0 for 8 and fouling out in the second half. A perfectly fine spot for Princeton students within walking distance.
