Pizza Review
This is exactly like Lit Pizza in Baton Rouge or Uncle Maddio’s in Atlanta, just another version of build your own blast fired pizza. The crust (like the other places) is pressed with a machine, not hand stretched. First impression, pizza looks damn good. Attempt at a first bite, as Davey Pageviews would say, I burnt my face off. The bottom of the pizza has ZERO char and has a serious flop problem for such small slices. The flavor of the pepperonis is awesome. The cheese is super chewy though. The crust has a little bit of flavor but not much. I see a little sauce on the pizza but it has zero flavor and zero contribution to the overall pizza.
