Pizza Review
These are the problems that I have with this pie. First off I suspect that it was cooked on the screen for the entire cook time. The bottom of the pizza was not crisp at all. It was fully cooked but It had the texture of the inside of a sourdough bread. What should have been done was to cook the pie directly on the oven and then move it to a different oven drawer on a screen to cook the top and cheese. Also, there were way too many bubbles in the dough. You have to get most of these out before cooking. The pie looked like the Smokey mountains. The cheese seemed to be part skim. Need to use whole milk mozzarella for better flavor and texture. All in all, the ingredients weren’t bad except the dry cheese was used and it wasn’t cooked properly. If it was handled properly, this pie would get a much higher score.
