Small sausage and pep. Little to no flop. Basic crust does its job and doesn’t try to steal the show. Meat, cheese, sauce, and seasoning blend together very well. Grease not excessive. No problem giving this a high score.

Long time favorite. Crust is crisp, bottom is sturdy and chewy. Sauce has great tang, cheese is on point and over the toppings.
