Solid deep dish pizza. Not like the real ones in Chicago but as close as you can get in Louisville

Overall good pizza, but they weren’t able to compute “Well done” to the kitchen at all, and the waitresses kinda sucked. They would ask a question, and begin immediately walking away before I could answer, almost suggesting they assumed I was going to say “no”.

Robust sauce, well developed crust, good times

Finally...true Chicago deep dish! It's so good! Deep, lots of toppings sauce is nice (a little sweeter than I prefer but good). The ingredients are good but not quite what you find in the Midwest. For you Chicago deep dish fans this is definitely more Geno's/Giordanos while Malnati's is THE best...period. Gotta remember the owner is a southsider so certainly more of a Soldier Field and south kinda pizza.

Not real Chicago Deep Dish. This is pan crust (fluffy) with toppings and sauce on top. Sauce and toppings were fine, but overall very disappointing. Was really excited to eat this pizza. I go to Chicago often and I have been looking for deep dish in Louisville for years. I was hoping to leave a positive review in these tough times, but I don’t want anyone else to think they are finding a Chicago style pizza in Louisville. Not anything like giordano’s or Lou mulnati’s.

Pizza and hot dogs was amazing. Had to Carryout due to rona. Hour drive and it was still great. Can’t wait for it to open up to dine in. Owner was cool people.
