J&S Pizza

Scoring based on a KC style pie. This is absolutely your typical Kc style pizza that being said, little heavy on the sauce. Not to bad that being said. Great service def helped score

Good crust

The dough on my pizza was really floury/gritty. Not a ton of flavor from the sauce, and there was a bad ratio of toppings/sauce to crust. Basically like eating an over stuffed pizza on a biscuit. Not terrible, but it wasn’t that good.

Good undercarriage and No flop but had too much grease on top. Sauce didn’t have enough tang.

Decent amount of flop. Good crackery undercarriage and crust. Very greasy. Good amount of sauce with very fresh ingredients. Always a solid go-to spot for pizza.

Good pizza but nothing special. Honestly never a wrong choice for pizza though! Jalapeños were super spicy! Lol

crush is cooked just right. little bit too much cheese. sauce is average.

Good flop but crust could be better

It’s ok. Little flop. Good crisp. Cheese a tad burnt. Don’t hate. Don’t love it

Not a lot of flop, sauce is blah, good ingredients, wouldn’t write home about it, but not too bad
