Great Detroit pie. Seems like that's the way to go. Neapolitans were good too, but didn't really stand out from other good Neapolitans. Best in WNY? Hard to argue against.

Neapolitan Pizza… made to order no slice game. So ratings are always abit skewed. Fresh ingredients and good pizza.

Wow! The awards for top 50 pizza in the world live up to its name. It’s located in a cute little strip mall area with about 12 tables in the restaurant. Dough fluffy and like yes flavorful. Sauce was very fresh tasting. Cheese was soft and not too chewy with I like in fresh mozzarella. Basil on top was distributed nicely not too much but not too little. The wood fire cook especially was very flavorful as I love that char flavor. Only change I would add/ask for is some Himalayan sea salt or chunky salt flakes that are similar on top for extra flavor and a nice crunch. Other than that it was incredible!

Really phenomenal pie. The sauce is spectacular. And the mozzarella is super solid. Crust had perfect leoparding as well!

Tried both the Margherita Neapolitan and Red Top Detroit, both were fantastic! Very fresh ingredients and you can tell a lot of love and care goes into these pies!

Red Top. Flavorful sauce. Crispy pepperoni.

This could easily be a one bite review literally. There was not a lot of dough in this. Pepperoni however was good and the crust was tasteful. But the pizza was wood fire cooked so the crust tasted good. Just wish they didn’t get so skimpy with the dough like the world relied on it.

Hopes were as high as snoop dogg and reality was as low as Vontae Davis’ run with the bills. Flavor was as existent as Leslie Fraziers good play calling in the bills bengals playoff game. I guess this was a bit harsh but I’m let down. Had the right idea I guess?

Overall a decent pie. Super thin and light. Fresh but not a lot of flavor. Crust was good and airy with good flavor. The char throughout was a bit of a throw off but not bad. Rookie score but cant put it above 7 but can’t put it below.

Underwhelming. I’ve drank water with more flavor than this pizza.

The bites that have cheese in them are well in the 8s. The problem is there isn’t a whole lot of cheese on this pizza.

It’s true I prefer Detroit style pizza… this place was suggested to me for their amazing wood fired pizza, however when I heard they did Detroit style in western NY I was curious. I always order my pie well done, I feel like they rushed this one out a little bit and that dropped it a few points. The sauce was great, little heavy handed for me I wouldn’t be afraid to order this pie light sauce. Dough was thick but not super heavy, cheese was great. Pepperoni I expected to see some cup and char, this pie would benefit from an upgrade there. Definitely a quality pie, I’ll be back to try the wood fired sometime soon I’m sure!
