This review is based on Neapolitan style pizza..this is definitely the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had to date..they used the best ingredients, my taste buds don’t lie..Definitely much better then Sorbillo’s in NYC

Recently crowned as the best pizza in Buffalo and averaging an 8.7 until now. Busy Saturday, almost 2 hours before I could pick up my order. To start, Jay’s should invest into a warming rack. My pizza, among others, were sitting on normal shelves which cooled off quickly even though I was 10 minutes late. Ordering online and I recognize I haveIt’s to choose “cut pizza” as an option and I didn’t. Who doesn’t want their pizza cut? The dough is fresh and wood fired but not as crispy as I hoped and that could be due to it sitting for a while. The sauce is plentiful, zesty and well seasoned. The fresh mozzarella is always a bonus but on this pie it took a backseat to the sauce. Overall this is a great pizza but having unnecessary options online and no warming racks may deter me from ordering here again. Forno Napoli still has the better pizza but Jay’s is on par with Rocco’s.

We got the Vodka sauce, pepperoni and cherry pepper squares, and a regular Neapolitan pepperoni. All three were great. Cherry pepper was the best. After a hard day of laying tile and putting up shiplap in the spare bedroom, it’s always refreshing when my taste buds do a ballroom dance to jays artisan.

Good for what it is but not really my style. I can see why people like it though.

Heard a lot of buzz about this place. Very well made with a lot of unique options, not the biggest Neapolitan guy but this is very well made also tried their red top which was also very good

Very good pizza. I’m a sucker for this style of pizza to be fair but this stuff right here was delicious. Fresh tomatoes and cheese with the perfect dough. Wish it was a little less floppy but overall great.

Sauce was great but for the price and the size of the pie it doesn’t really do it justice but overall good wood fired pizza and great atmosphere

Good flop. Good sauce and can’t beat a good brick oven pizza. Definitely very good

I’ve had most of their pizzas and this was 3rd time going there!! This is brick oven pizza and the dough crust is very tasty, somewhat chewy but good!!

I’m not to sure about the hype I’ve been hearing about they’re pizza. I was really expecting a lot more. The dough was a bit to chewy and gooey for my taste. Has some grease and not a lot of crunch. Definitely can taste the wood fire. Good sauce

Great thin crust pizza! Drive across town for it. PERFECT temperature when it’s served, and perfect flop. The crust is unbelievable. The white pizzas are also a go-to.

One of the regions best. Jay's dedication to the science of pizza is obvious with each pie he creates. A must have!
