Pizza Review
This was a thin crust. They have magnitudes of thinness on the menu. This was regular thin. It was slightly under cooked, but the flavor was immense. The cheese reminded me of real buffalo cheese like the real thing. Either way, buffalo or not, it had that creamy tangy flavor. The crust has snap, but it'll snap harder a more well done treatment. The sauce was neutral, but also very traditional. I learned how to make mine from an Italian chef when he first married into the USA. Good under carriage. I think the 4.1 review from '19 just caught a bum day. No way this is the same pie imo. I come here a lot on the way to and from LA, SD and LV. This is my first time for this pizza and the people and the pie are solid. Give it a shot. Also, eat some slices watching the waves 2 clicks down the PCH. The gulls will eye ball you while you fill your face.
