Nice crust, not light but not heavy, light greasy ... massive slice size. Really solid all around pie. Could’ve a spent a little more time in oven but I’d eat this any weekend.

Got the medium cheese which is basically an XL anywhere else in the world. Asked for it with a little extra crisp. Good under carriage, minimal flop. Solid slice.

Not much flop, great crisp and delicious sauce. Really enjoy the thin pie. One of my favorite pizza of all time and has been consistently great.
