Jet's Pizza

This is the best Detroit style I’ve had so far. Fluffy, moist, nothing slides off the pizza, the crispy edges are to die for. Damn near perfect pizza.

I think if I had a little less cheese sauce on top I would have scored it a lot higher. Crust is great sauce tangy and very good. My issue was the cheese was a little bland and too much.

This was delivery. Would have scored higher if fresh and hot. But overall not bad. Wish I had it fresh.

Good sauce. Dough had a fake or artificial texture that I have never experienced in pizza.
