We all love Detroit style.. This slice comes to us via chain, a modified Detroit style there doesn’t seem to be Wisconsin brick cheese and the sauce isn’t dropped on top rather backed onto the dough under the cheese. That said, the sauce IS flavorful and bold, perfectly seasoned. The dough is buttery and soft with a rise more akin to focaccia, and the cheese is not bad. Overall a sure bet with the 2 slice and a drink deal.
