Jet's Pizza

First time trying Jet’s. Pretty sure its my new favorite chain pizzeria. The dough was the star today. It was fluffy and light with a nice glossy buttery bottom from the “turbo crust” that people told me to try. Jet’s offers free crust flavorings and and Turbo is a combination of Butter, Garlic, and Romano. Bit too heavy on the Sauce and Cheese. Sauce was nothing to wrote home about, and deserves some criticism. It was pretty Acidic. The cheese tasted good, just too much of it.
