Jiannetto's Pizza Truck

Ordered this from their truck. They only had grandma slices today. I ordered the pepperoni. It was a really great slice. No mozzarella. Just parmasan cheese, which I didn't mind. The sauce was excellent. Sweet, with a garlicky tang and so flavorful. The pepperoni was the right amount of salty and peppery. Create a great balance against the sweetness of the sauce. The undercarriage is a star. Great crisp with a nice chewiness. Same with the crust. And had good flavor as well. Like I said, just a great slice overall.

Taste like it was soaked in Moscato but I’m not complaining

My picture I took at Pokémon GoFest and paid $17 for 4 slices of. It was really good despite the price though. Barely any cheese but really didn’t care as the dough and sauce tasted fantastic.

New hot spot right outside of the office that I never knew existed. The sauce is tremendous and has great crunch but lacking a little on the cheese front and didn’t love the basil leaves so slightly lower score than the Prez.
