Jimano's Pizzeria

Made it to the northern suburbs today for new territory. There aren’t a ton of options around the Vernon Hills area, a lot of bars that serve pizza. But anyway, this place is carryout/delivery only. Two slices and a can for $5.50. Great deal given the size of the slices. Wow. They have a super smooth bottom, but not exactly crispy, even though cooked perfectly. Crust was nice and crunchy. I enjoyed the sausage slice a lot more than the pepperoni, which is unlike me. It just had a nice pop of flavor, but I did notice it had a little more sauce and cheese. Sauce is of the thicker savory type. Just a solid spot for a quick lunch or order to go.
