One bite into this pizza and you’ll question why more establishments aren’t doing what JJ Twigs has been doing for many years. Their specialty pie, “The Double Decker” (this one specifically with pepperoni and bacon) easily warrants the 40 minutes drive even in negative temperatures. The undercarriage was to die for and the cheese pull was on point. JJ Twigs will easily crack your Top 5 and has landed at #2 on my list. #hotseatpizzareviews

Disappointed, did not live up to expectations. Braided crust was dry and confusing. The double layer of pizza was good but nothing more than bar pizza. Cheese was very good. To much gimmick with this slice.

Thought this would be better.. got the double decker- too much sauce, too much dough, not a lot of crispness. Would not recommend

Twigs is one of my all time STL favorites! The double decker is not ordinary pizza so it’s hard to rate. Could be 8.9 or 9.1...either way it’s legit Pie
