The cheese is outstanding and the crust is cooked to a perfect crisp. Very thin, but it provides more flavor for the cheese and toppings that seemingly melt in your mouth. Better than your typical Imo’s STL style pizza. This is the Doug’s South Side. Only thing that would deduct points from my score is the lack of sauce. Overall though a fantastic pie. Located in historic Soulard with multiple levels and patio seating. Probably my 2nd favorite pizza place in STL so far. 8.5, that’s a review.
