Joe & John's Pizzeria

Pizza Backlog 14 | 2/19/2023 | You can never go wrong with a slice in New York City—the worst case scenario is an average one. And every now and then, one will be above average, like this one at Joe & John’s in Ridgewood, Queens. What pushes it into that territory is definitely the cheese, which is uniquely creamy. Having said that, this is clearly a place where specialty slices are king and if I ever find myself there again, I’d go with those only. Shoutout to the upside down Sicilian slice, which was probably a 7.7 and unlike any I’d ever had.
