Good restaurant pizza, super crisp

I always say go to the original location when it comes to pizzerias. I might have to change that rule after this one. The East Village Joe and Pats location is a very different type of pie. The original Joe and Pats on Staten Island offers a very thin NY style slice and pies. This East Village location I’d describe as a bar pie. It’s very thin and super crispy. You can hold it on the crust and it’d be totally flat. The sweet sauce was definitely my favorite part of the pie. I’d highly recommend coming here and I’d say I like it over the original location.

Extremely thin pizza with a good crunch on the crust. Sauce was really tangy. Was a little too sweet but nothing too excessive. Should definitely try this place.

Nice thin crust brick oven pizza but for as good as it was it is very pricey, especially just for a personal 10inch pie. Was still hungry afterwards.

Great thin pizza. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce. No flop.

Fantastic pie. No other way it say it. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is excellent, and the pies are top notch.

Very thin pizza! The crust is firm and does not break. The top part of the slice had some flop. I had the vodka pizza and the original. I enjoyed the original more than the vodka. The restaurant was also pretty hot and smokey inside, and smaller than I imagined.

Great crisp, crust very thin, with pea a tad greasy but very very good. Also had the vodka sauce and pesto, which was less greasy and good flavor. That’s our review.

Delightfully crispy with the perfect balance of sauce and cheese to prevent that dreaded dryness. If you are a thin crust fan, this is the place to come. If you like thick crust, there’s a large city in Illinois calling your name.

A little greasy. Too salty Cooked well! Crust perfectly crunchy but no where near as tasty as John’s of Bleeker. Enjoyable. The Chicken parm Hit though!

Paper thin, sauce is the boss here, really tasty, the ratios are perfect, not my all time favorite style, but top tier pizza
