Joe Mama's Wood Fired Kitchen

Good pizza. Fresh. Hot. Sauce is watery. Not a ton of flavor overall. Would come back but wouldn’t miss it if I didn’t.

Heavy flop. Light flavor. Not bad. Not fantastic. Gets the job done. Crust redeemed the pie a bit

After seeing the reviews, I was expecting it to be much better than it was. I’ve definitely had worse pizza, but this was nothing to get excited about.

One bite in. Outstanding. Undercarriage is ridiculous. May not be pres’s style but this pizza has everything. Good crunch, light, great flavor. Easily an 8.1. Make the drive if you can people
