The picture is after I popped it into my oven to cook more.
First off, I love Joe's Italian restaurant been going for years, their pasta is always very good. What Joe does for the community and first responders is above and beyond.
Now to the pizza. I always want to give the pizza another shot and each time I regret it. Sauce lacks flavor, cheese is bland, and the pizza is way too floppy. The pizza at Joe's reminds me of cafeteria pizza and it pains me that their pizza isn't exceptional like their pasta dishes.
