The devil is in the details. The balance of savory vs. sweet in the sauce, the 3-2-1 pepperoni coverage, and of course the char on the bottom of the pie.

Not a bad slice a little greesese sauce was clean and not over seasoned with the bottom being a little charred gave it the pop to bring on a score of 7.3.
