Got the Joe’s special since it was my first time. Rating is for the thin crust/hand tossed type not the deep dish (which isn’t really pizza) I forgot to tell them to make it crispy (well done) but it came out pretty well cooked. Not doughy at all. Decent undercarriage. The crust was great. They make dough fresh daily and the sauce was a nice bright red color, slight touch of sweet that was not too much. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I wish it wasn’t two hours away from my house but I will plan to stop again on future trips in that direction. I think a couple more minutes in the oven would have made it perfect for me and gotten into 8.7-8.9 range.
