Pizza Review
Not a bad slice overall. Probably one of the better places I’ve been to in Texas so these people should be proud. It also has that slight touch of you feeling like you’re causing an inconvenience to the workers there when you order. So bonus points for that because that makes it all more authentic. Anyway, like I always do I gotta start with the crust. Crust wasn’t that bad. It was a lil too airy for my liking but it had enough crunch and didn’t cause a sad flop. It still had a flop but it was a happy flop 😊. It also had some residual flour on the bottom of it which I personally prefer so I appreciate that. The crust ratio of it at the end was also perfect. The crust also had a slight burnt taste to it which I liked as well. The cheese to sauce ratio favored the cheese in this case. That seems to be a common theme down here in Texas. However with that being said, the cheese had good flavor so I guess that’s ok. The sauce was meh. Not a whole lot to really talk about with that. So if ya wanna good decent slice, I would recommend this place. Although there are better pizzas out there, you should just go to this place if you live in the area unless if you’re willing to take a plane to New York.
