Joe's Pizza

I am happy to see Joes come to Ann Arbor, this sets a standard for anyone in Michigan who has not tried NYC pizza, I think visiting Joes will help everyone in Michigan see what the Prez is about, and how he scores. I ordered a Cheese pie. Solid slice. No flop, good char, no grease at all ( I personally like grease) perfect amount of cheese, sauce was a lil sweet, lacking dimension. Crust is hard and chewy, no bubbles. Very clean tasting pie. Almost too clean like eating a fresh mozz pie. Hit it with a shake of parm to add some depth or Order pepperoni to add some grease. I will be back.
