This was my first ever slice of NY pizza so forgive my scoring ignorance but it’s excellent. Maybe needed a bit more crisp but I loved that the crust was then. Totally different than anything I ever had that called itself pizza.

I have to say, the sauce was kind of bland. That being said, the crust was damn near perfect — very evenly cooked. And the cheese was great. 8.3. Also, this Joe’s is 1 million times better than FiDi Joes — FiDi Joes is very low quality.

This pizza screams NYC! It’s exactly what you’d expect. The location is as well, small shop just pizza and a line of people streaming in and out non stop. It’s thin and full of flavor!

It’s a TRUSTY 8.5+ every time. The premiere NY slice. The model they all follow and spin off of. The sauce, the cheese, the undercarriage, it’s all done to the highest levels.
