Recently opened Joes on Fulton St is now the go-to pizza place on a Sunday morning if you’re stumbling around FiDi after an all night bender. Tried 5 of the 8 slices they had on display ready to go. Very thin crust, light, classic NY Flop. At $4.75 a slice it’s on the steep side for what you get. Plain and Pepperoni weren’t memorable. I recommend the Supreme or the Caprese.

Thin, crispy, lots of sauce not as much cheese. That’s pretty much the best slice I’ve had.

Rating is for the plain slice. Thin and very crispy no flop. Good sauce and cheese blend. The people got this rating correct

Exceptional pizza. You can tell the sauce and the cheese is organic. It's not greasy and it for sure is great tasting. The first bite is crunchy and piping hot (perfect for cheese pulls). And as you go on, the flavor never dies down. Once you arrive to the crust, it is fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you are in New York, as a local or a tourist, you MUST have Joe's at least once.

I saw Joes didn’t have a line and I had to get a slice. This very pleasantly surprised me. It is the most quintessential New York style slice and it was very basic but it was done extremely well. It was a top three crust for me so far and it had a perfect balance of fluffiness and crunchiness. The flavor had a bit to be desired but I thought the ratio of sauce and cheese was very nice. Amazing slice!

Mozzarella was very good. White was ok but nothing too crazy. I liked the crust and the red sauce was good. For my first NY pizza, this was a great spot! Especially for the price

NOT BAD. Not great. Go to any New York pizza spot in your local town and it’ll taste like this. Nothing special whatsoever. I don’t regret going here, but it’s absolutely nothing to brag about. Go if you want, but there is so much better pizza around NYC.

Just straight up good pizza Sicilian slice was better than expected. Any other two slices are very good traditional New York slices.
