Good but overhyped. Sauce was way too salty, crust was decent but super floppy. Nothing stood out to me, but overall a decent slice.

Just up the street from John’s and just as good. Great slice! Delicious crust.

I ate so many pieces trying to fill the pizza sized hole in my heart from my ex wife, Jolinda, leaving me. Luckily these are pretty big slices so it worked quickly. Until tomorrow. Anyway, overall pretty d but a little overhyped. I miss you Jolinda

9+ all day. All single cheese slices should be compared to this classic NY pizza. Great crust and crisp with a perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Bucket list pizza.

Very good pizza. Crust and sauce. I’ve had Joes pizza for close to 20 years. Always worth it.

Good slice, good cheese and sauce bottom was a little too charred for my taste but overall great slice.

This is the definition of a New York slice: traditional, classic, quintessential NYC pizza. There are several Joe’s locations throughout the city, but this is the original and the best by far. Nothing fancy about it, just straight-forward incredibly delicious & authentic NY pies. The dough isn’t too thick, but not too thin, just terrific crisp. Everything about the sauce and cheese screams pizza flavor. The sauce is sweet, tangy, with just enough bite. This is pizza cheese to a T: amazingly creamy & consistent. The crust is slightly buttery and fantastically crispy. Whether you’re a native New Yorker or a tourist, pretty much everyone can agree Joe’s is the model of consistency in the pizza game: 8.7

V quality slice. Sauce is a standout—sweet and tomato-y. Good char and crunch on the crust. Classic for a reason.
