Did a slice of the plain and Margherita. This is a classic NY slice. The cheese and sauce are pretty generic but a good representation of what a good pizza is meant to be. Pretty well done and good crisp especially for slices. Margherita probably sat too long as the tomato flavor was very much not there. Stick to the traditional.

The crisp/crunch of the crust is what put this in the 8s for me. Plus it made me feel like Peter Parker. Shrug. Quinessential NY pizza slice

Very traditional pie, sweet sauce and very heavy on the cheese. I think it is a very good standard pie but not what people make it out to be and likely not worth the wait.

Almost identical to the Joe’s in LA on Sunset Blvd. Very thin. Excellent flavor. Not as much crisp but very very good pizza.
