I was very pleased with this slice. Not too thick with zero flop. All of the slices are big also.

Wow, thin, crispy, awesome char

When I think of the “New York Style” slice, I think of Joe’s. It’s thin, has a slight crunch to it, and sweet sauce. Points are detracted for both slices being luke-warm.
