Joe's Pizza Pasta & Subs

Ok Frankie. One bite everybody knows the rules. Looked decent, flop was pretty bad but I’m cutting it some slack since it’s got the spinach and ricotta weighing it down some. Sauce had a good Italian flavor to it and the crust was ok. Not crispy but ok chew and flavor. You walk in and you’re greeted by 4 Italian guys, 1 grandpa mixing the orders up, 1 guy making the pies right in front of you, one ringing people up and the other schmoozing with the guests. That alone brought the score up for me from a 6.9 to a 7.1. Over all decent pie I’d go back for.
