Eye test- frightening Cheese- exceptionally chewy. Taste was neutral, didn’t add or subtract Sauce- thin but reasonable taste Dough- soft as a cloud. That’s not a good thing Ratio- too much cheese and dough Execution- weak. Taste was dead average. No redeeming qualities Joe Morgan said, “Winning is hard.” Not travel worthy or neighborhood worthy

Classic NY style is a solid pie with a decent amount of grease. Buffalo chicken slice is a 7.5!

Good Thin, Crisp Slice!

Getting close to NYC prices at this place. Excellent undercarriage, as the employees here leave the slices in long enough to get a crisp on the bottom. Sauce is sweet, and the cheese is up to par. Crust is dull and without flavor, unfortunately bringing this score down for me.

App-average was spot-on. Crackle-crust and semi-bland ingredients, though nothing offensive here.

Alright back to the Pizza after a few days off. I’m working down in Center City and it’s Pizza Heaven (or hell) down here. I saw a ton of people in here and figured I’d give it a shot. Onto the slice...it’s one of the biggest hit and miss slices I’ve tried. The cheese is great...the sauce is legit...but the rest is a bust. The crust is hard and whoever made this pie decided to forget saucing the crust area...badly. This could be a home run slice and maybe I just got a weak slice.

Popular lunch spot in center city, i think the community reviews are pretty off base. The cheese is really really good. Sauce is light but tasty. Little flop, but it was a pretty well done reheated slice. Worst part of the pie was the crust. Super dry and bland. Throw some crushed red pepper on and this is a 7.5.
