This pizza is one I know I’ll be going back for. Not your traditional NY pie but man is it delicious. Sauce coverage is crucial for an upside down pizza and they don’t disappoint. The perfect amount of sauce and it has a wonderful tang and seasoning to it. Underneath there is a layer of just the right amount of cheese and a crust that is light yet crunchy with every bit. Feels like you could eat the whole pie with ease!

Joe’s is an institution. The sauce is tangy, there is enough cheese for a good pull, and the crust is always crisp. Love this place.

If you’re from central NY and haven’t ate an original Joe’s pizza, go now! The best upside down pie you’ll ever eat. One of my all time favorites, I’ll put down 6+ slices everytime.

Nice crunchy crust. The sauce is on top of the cheese! Very delicious.
