Another fav of the locals. Minimal flop, good ratio to Size/cheese/oil, not overly crispy and average size and on the thin side.

Plain slice : it’s a bit doughy. Very tasty. Good crust. I wish it were cooked a bit longer. 7.4 Bonus Sicilian: great undercarriage, good taste. Good crust. 7.8

Crust is right thickness, cooked perfectly, right amount of cheese, but sauce is absent of flavor.

Really enjoyed this pie. My dad said he grew up on it so I figured it couldn’t be bad. The crust was thin but crisp enough not to flop hard. The sauce was sweet and tangy and the cheese was really on point. All in all a very good pie.

Solid slice. Not much grease. Decent crunch to crust. Good tasting sauce. Would have this slice all the time.
