The average score for the round is appropriate, but they serve that to the swine that come through on the weekends during shows. Best Sicilian pie in town, not available during busier hours so you know it’s the real deal. A bit heavy and thick, but robust sauce and a solid crisp. Order the Sicilian on a weekday and be sure to have a few buddies there to help ya finish it.

Pizza was firm. Does the job. Better than many other places around here.

Cheese is rubbery and crust feels like it was left out a week and then microwaved.

Great drunk pizza

One of the better drunk pizzas in downtown st Pete, Joey brooks never fails to disappoint. Solid undercarriage, decent crunch, good cheese pull, it’s everything you need to keep you going during a night out.

When a place is open till 3AM and is right in the middle of a big nightlife scene then I suspect the pizza isn’t that good because it’s mostly drunks eating it. Joey Brooklyn’s is the epitome of that. The pizza is pretty bland but thankfully the sauce had a tiny bit a zest that bumped up the score a little out of the lower 5’s.

Had decent flop cheese and pepperoni was great but the bottom seemed just slightly over cooked. A great pizza for the munchies

A little floppy but great taste great sauce great cheese. Def uses good ingredients. Worth the visit to get a pie.

Joey Brooklyn’s St Pete pretty fire ngl

After years of rating pizzas across the east coast i have gotten my girlfriend to accompany me on this journey. After a nigjt at the bar she said “this is the worst pizza i ever had i give a 0” after i explained the rules she came back with a “sorry this is my first time (heard that before) but this is awful, 4.5” the wife is always right so i cant give any more explanation

Crust on this pizza was phenomenal. It was super light, airy, and crisp. Probably the best crust I’ve had to date. This place has good quality pizza. People inside are super friendly. I will definitely come here again.

Pizza review from downtown St. Pete. There are at least 12 bars within a block or 2 of here. Opened til 3am. 1.True NY pizza here. One picture on their wall shows the skyline of New York City. 2. Well put together, good looking slice. 3. Seemed to lack some flavor, need to kick it up a notch somehow to get more taste.

Really average pizza. Crust is average. Cheese not very good. Sauce not very good. Very oily. I ordered two slices of pepperoni and I saw them just throw pieces of pepperoni on a cheese slice and put in the oven.

Strong seasoning, thin crust. Crust needs work.

Not bad decent crisp. I had it a few years ago and remember it being way better but it’s still a decent slice.

Good pizza. Could be a little crisper but considering the pizza around downtown st Pete it one of the better ones for delivery
