Right amount of ingredients. Dough could have been a little crispier. Cheesy garlic bread was also a plus...Would go there again.

Pretty decent deep dish pizza but they are very inconsistent with cooking their pizza. There have been times where the dough was severely undercooked. The thin slice is decent as well, but nothing great.

Very greasy. Chewy. Cooked unevenly, one half was crispier than the other. Sauce tastes like it came from a jar.

Bring from Chicago, I thought I’d give their original “Chicago Style Deep Dish” a try. It’s not bad, but it’s not in the league of Due’s, Gino’s, Lou Malnatis, etc It was also served too cold.

I wanted to like this because I enjoy Chicago pizza but it was terrible. We each had a slice and gave the rest to the valet guys at the hotel. Save your $

Solid pie. Got the stuffed deep dish with extra cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage and meatballs. The sauce is a little sweet and I enjoy a more tangy sauce but still enjoyable. The toppings were cooked well. The cheese was cooked to perfection. Soft enough to stretch a yard long but also had a little resistance on first bite. The crust was a bit doughy. Understood, this was a traditional Chicago deep-dish pie but it was decently doughy. The pie as a whole was not a flavorful as it could’ve been but was far from bland. Final verdict: 6.8
