Solid pie. Got the stuffed deep dish with extra cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage and meatballs. The sauce is a little sweet and I enjoy a more tangy sauce but still enjoyable. The toppings were cooked well. The cheese was cooked to perfection. Soft enough to stretch a yard long but also had a little resistance on first bite. The crust was a bit doughy. Understood, this was a traditional Chicago deep-dish pie but it was decently doughy. The pie as a whole was not a flavorful as it could’ve been but was far from bland. Final verdict: 6.8
