Joey's House Of Pizza

Another incredible slice. Clearly a NY joint that moved down here. The only thing that makes this slightly lower than Manny’s is that this was pretty heavy. The cheese ratio felt slightly off. The flavor of this pizza is incredible but there was a lot of cheese which make it heavy. Overall though, great flavor, great slice.

some of the best pizza in nashville. similar to manny’s house of pizza downtown, but sooo much cheese which makes it more favorable for me. definitely a hefty slice which is nice cause you can get away with just having one and love the globs of extra cheese on top. reasonable price, good sauce, lots of cheese, quality slice.

Okay so the woman SLINGING this pizza.. it’s like watching Picasso paint. real good pie- fresh soft mozz on top sets it apart. Seasoned perfectly, great crisp, NO FLOP. Only open for lunch- that’s wack, and I appreciate it

Absolutely incredible. The sauce is tasty and fresh. There is melted mozzarella on top as well. Great undercarriage with char and crunch. Everything from the seasoning to the cheese, sauce, dough is amazing. I’m excited to go back!

The combination of a crispy but airy crust, fantastic sauce, and melted mozzarella on top was fantastic! *chefs kiss* Best pizza I’ve had in Nashville. Joey’s daughter was greeting and interacting with customers. She managed to be a sweetheart while simultaneously busting her ass to get pizza out really fast, keeping everyone in a good mood. Highly recommend! Will 1000% be going back!

I’m convinced it would have been yummier if they weren’t slammed busy. A bit too greasy.

I think Joey’s is my new favorite slice in Nashville. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I’m grateful to work right down the street and make weekly/bi weekly visits!
