Solid pizza joint. Probably top 2 or 3 in the Stamford area.

Soft crust, floppier than 60 yr old triple e’s, greasy, sauce is lack luster at best, cheese is undercooked. Never again.

I went to John the Baker two years ago and had a much better pie than what’s pictured, which probably affects my score. They’re better than the pie in the photo — that would probably be a 6.8, but prior pizzas have been much better. Very good but not quite great.

Nice thin crust, just enough sauce and plenty of cheese. Fresh out of the oven 👌

Great ingredients. Crust was too thin to accommodate the amount of grease, however this didn’t compromise the taste.

Decent pizza, nothing special - very friendly staff which gave rating a boost

This is my second favorite pizza in Stamford behind colony. Slices are thin similar to a Jersey pie. Authentic Italian restaurant family owned and operated
