John the Baker

I am here at one of the newest pizzerias in town. Both John The Baker, and Mario the baker, are part of a legendary family of South Florida restaurants. 1. They do not sell by the slice, but they do have a small personal Pizza. When they handed me the to-go box, it felt very very light. 2. The pizza overall was cooked to perfection, very evenly distributed ingredients and the bake on it was perfect. They use Bacio cheese, a popular quality brand. The Sauce had a slight kick to it, which was big plus. The only thing is the dough itself, had almost no flavor, but most people would not realize that unless they're looking for that in particular. 3. At $10.70, it is a bit high priced ( I could easily eat 2 or 3 to fill up), but you are definitely getting good great quality!
